The price

The £1 is a one-off website build fee, available with a paid management subscription. The first management period is charged with the build. Prices below are the total payable. RCUK TRADING LIMITED is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Essential: £19 monthly (£20 today) or £190 yearly (£191 today), up to 3 pages. Plus: £29 monthly (£30 today) or £290 yearly (£291 today), up to 5 pages. Complete: £49 monthly (£50 today) or £490 yearly (£491 today), up to 10 pages. Payment is collected securely through Stripe. Your statement may show SOCIALGRAVY.CO.UK, our existing payment account.

What you get

A website developed from your business brief and inspiration, with design and website copy prepared for your review, hosting with SSL, a dashboard, managed content requests, draft copy, a free Quidsites subdomain, and help connecting an existing or newly purchased domain. Business mailboxes are not included in a Quidsites plan. Customers buy and renew new domains directly with their chosen provider, subject to availability and the provider’s charges. Domain purchases and renewals are separate from the Quidsites price. Domain ownership stays with the customer. Domain setup requires provider provisioning and is not instant.

Managed changes

Essential includes one small managed change per calendar month, Plus three and Complete four. Each request covers up to 15 minutes of work. Copy polishing uses the same allowance. Unused changes do not roll over. Additional pages, full redesigns, ecommerce, custom code, specialist copywriting, mailbox migration and complex integrations require an agreed quote before work starts. The target for included small changes is 72 hours. Larger jobs, incomplete instructions and domain or email work may take longer.

Build and delivery

After verified payment, you complete the short setup in your private account. Your brief joins the build queue once all required details are submitted. Website live in 72 hours: the 72-hour target starts once payment is verified and all required business information is submitted, including weekends. Publication requires your approval. Delayed approval, requested revisions or third-party domain connections may extend the launch time. Your design and content are prepared, then released to your dashboard for review. The website is not delivered immediately and is published only after your approval. Domain connections and email setup are separate tasks. Website copy is a draft for your review, and sample photographs must be replaced or approved before use. You are responsible for confirming your content, contact details, permissions and any industry-specific statements.

Setup and billing

Management billing starts on purchase and continues even if setup is incomplete. Save each short setup step and return whenever you need. We send a reminder after seven days if required information is still missing. The build delivery target starts only after the required information is complete.

Optional extras

The team may offer optional extras in your account with a clear scope and one-off price. You choose whether to accept and pay through Stripe. Extras are never automatically added to your management charge.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans renew yearly. The £1 build fee is not charged again on renewal. You can cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard, before the next billing date. If you cannot access it, email hey@quidsites.com and ask us to cancel renewal. We confirm your cancellation by email. Website hosting continues to the end of the paid period, then stops.

After the first 14 days, cancellation normally ends the subscription at the end of the paid period, with no refund for unused time. This does not affect any right to a refund or other remedy where the service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Your first 14 days: a full refund

If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days after your first purchase and we will cancel your initial Quidsites order and refund the full amount paid for the £1 build and first management period. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, including business customers. No reason is needed, and we do not deduct work already performed.

Email hey@quidsites.com from your order email address, or write to our registered office, clearly saying that you wish to cancel and receive the 14-day refund. Include your name and purchase date so we can find the order. We will confirm the cancellation and issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit. The refunded service and future renewals will end.

Cancelling renewal in the billing portal alone keeps your service until the paid period ends; please also contact us if you want the 14-day refund. Separately agreed extras and third-party domain purchases have their own disclosed terms. Your statutory cancellation and service-quality rights are not reduced by this policy.

Domains, email and leaving

Choose a free Quidsites subdomain, connect an existing domain, or buy a new domain and ask us to help connect or port it. Connecting a domain does not normally require moving its registration. Existing email can remain with its current provider. No domain or email settings are changed by the DNS check. Migration requires explicit approval, a defined scope, a secure provider connection and a verified handover. Customers should arrange any website or domain handover before hosting ends. Email services remain with their chosen provider. You can export your business information from the dashboard. Keep your original uploaded images; contact us before your service ends if you need help recovering files. The hosted website service is not a standalone source-code sale.

Service quality and support

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Internet services may need maintenance or experience interruptions; we do not promise uninterrupted availability, search rankings, leads or sales. If something is wrong, contact hey@quidsites.com with the details so we can investigate and put it right. We will discuss an appropriate remedy if we cannot provide the agreed service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes your statutory rights.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of content you provide and permit us to use it to deliver your website. Only supply material you own or are allowed to use. Do not use the service for unlawful or infringing content. We will discuss any issue with you where possible, but may suspend affected content when necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Your agreement

The plan and billing period selected at checkout, the displayed total and these terms form your agreement with RCUK TRADING LIMITED once payment is confirmed. A copy is included in your order email. Changes to published terms do not rewrite a copy you previously accepted. Any material change to your ongoing service or renewal price will be communicated before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel renewal. English law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live.
